[Assistance Needed] Static IP

It boots but i cant access my pogo pink because it doesn't get an IP now. Can i change the start-up services file somewhere to have dhcpd start at boot again? I have the os drive hooked up to another computer and can browse it.

nada on both of them. I did do an rsync backup https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Full_System_Backup_with_rsync so can i copy the dhcpcd.service file from that backup to a specific folder ?

Re-installed OS. Should i try and use netcfg? or should i do something else?

You need do only one thing, edit one file
I think it is /etc/network.d/wired-eth0
Don't have stock system to try that
