Potential to include archlinux ARM packages in the ARM

I am in contact with DisposaBoy who maintains the Arch Rollback Machine. I asked him if he could add support for archlinux ARM packages, and he seems interested. How would he go about syncing? Are there any rsync mirrors from which to pull packages?

Pull, no. We use a push sync.

Can you be more specific about `push sync`? I get the impression that his current stuff needs an rsync server.
