How to Stream MP3s from my Pogo through the internet?

Hi everyone, is there a simple program to install on my pogoplug to stream my MP3 collection through my router to the internet. I have MiniDLNA set up at home which works great to my stereo/TV's and cell phone as well when home, but really im looking for something when I am out and about to stream with my cell phone.
