my system is getting crashed after some time or when i try to transfer files through samba
maybe it's beacause of load.
i have already done smartctl and fsck and hardisk seems to be fine.
how to troubleshoot the problem??

Perhaps figure out why it SHUTS DOWN.

This isn't oops, error, POOF. This is the system intentionally shutting down.

99% i think its a load problem as when i leave my plug as it is with no ongoing process
like no torrenting etc.
it didn't shutdown but when i do something like streaming, transferring data, downloading torrent it gets crashed at that very moment.

It won't shutdown on its own because of load. Something is rebooting it for you.

I would start turning off services one by one until problem is resolved. The last one you turn off before it stops is the one the causes it. Then investigate why, turn on verbose/debuggin messages or run in in foreground to see what's up.
