/dev/dvb not created on pogoplug4

I've a pogoplug 4 and a tivii s660 wich i want to use together (or try if it works) but i've the problem that the devicenodes in /dev are not created. I tested with kernel 3.1 and 3.9! I've copied the firmware to /lib/firmware, and it's loaded without problems (i look in dmesg) but i get no devicenodes! Can anyone help??

Can you provide full dmesg? I'm not familiar with these kind of devices but maybe I'll spot something in dmesg
