[SOLVED] Won't boot after recent upgrade

Postby tomcheng76 » Sun Jun 02, 2013 11:45 am

Hi,
The system suddenly cannot startup after recently upgrade via "pacman -Syu".
Netcat shows U-Boot correctly loads the image and starts the kernel.
However, for the kernel log, it shows something belows and then nothing.

$this->bbcode_second_pass_code('', 'rtc-mv rtc-mv: internal RTC not ticking
drivers/rtc/hctosys.c: unable to open rtc device (rtc0) ')

DHCP shows nothing, the machine don't get any IP :(

I tried downgrade linux, linux-headers, linux-firmware via chroot, it doesn't help likely.
Appearly the rootfs is clean by e2fsck.

Any help ? Thanks in advance.
