failed using GPIO

Postby parajew » Wed Jun 12, 2013 7:22 pm

Hello,

I am new in here, so at first I like to greet the community.

Since a couple of hours I try to get the GPIOs and the sata interface working, but unsuccessfully. After editing the
the script.fex and modprobe the sunxi-gpio module, I be able to export the available ports by writing into the /sys/class/export file. Then I can even see the ports and the status by viewing /sys/kernel/debug/gpio.

There is where the trouble starts. I expect to find some files named after my defines I'd put into the script.fex, somewhere in
the sysfs. Funnily one of the control LEDs turned off during my failed testings, and I can't bring it back to life, even not after reconverting a backup of the script.fex.

I used ArchlinuxARM-lastest, the mele-bootloader and a hwpack downloaded somewhere in the internet.

Maybe there is a stupid mistake I made. Would be great if anybody could help me out.

Many thanks in advance.

Really? The only possible thing you might want from those hwpacks is uboot/fex. The kernel works fine, if you need it bumped, raise an issue @ github.
