Can Pogoplug handle 50MBps download Sabnzbd?

I am debating on upgrading my Comcast from 12MBps to 50MBps. I was wondering if the Pogoplug could even handle this type of download speed with SSL from the servers?

I think the Pogoplug might be too slow to handle this speed. Anyone using it with this speed or higher?

I max out my 25Mbit connection with transmission/torrents at 2.5 Mbyte/s (20Mbit/s) But that's probably the limit. See how fast you can transfer files using scp protocol (use WinSCP on windows?). and subtract a bit due to added overhead of edonkey/torent protocols (if you are using them). Usenet will probably be the same as winscp.

Do you think the speed is a limitation of the CPU in the Pogoplug? I do notice sometimes if the Pogoplug is unraring the file the speed will drop also.

Definetely CPU. Unencrypted transfers are fairly fast.
