Bad partition 1

Postby everphilski » Sat Apr 12, 2014 6:56 pm

I have ALARM installed on a 8G thumb drive, was working fine for months. After a lockup it wouldn't boot anymore.
Got netconsole working, here's the output:

$this->bbcode_second_pass_code('', 'U-Boot 2011.12 (Feb 20 2012 - 21:21:59)

I ran a fsck and it found some problems, running fsck a second time and it is clean. I can cleanly mount the partition, but for some reason can't boot off it.

Any suggestions to fix the partition?

thank you,

Philip

I would try copying it to a different USB stick and see if you can boot from the copy

This looks like it's falling outside the tolerated response time for USB, it might just be failing.
