I understand that he wants to boot from USB and need firmware.bin , but i can't search this is file.

I renamed openwrt-kirkwood-iconnect-u-boot.bin in firmware.bin and I tried to shove

It appears to fall under the Pogo V3 architecture. What do you have plugged into the SATA connector?
This guide might help you out. If you can get it set up correctly, it will boot from a SATA drive without using NAND.

He seems to also have OpenWRT + their uboot installed.

Thank you all for your willingness to help.
On pogoplug really was installed OpenWRT with the Chinese language.
The previous owner removed the luci with the Chinese language and Pogo stopped working
Now my router not see Pogoplug and so do not have access to SSH
Only have access to TTL. Pogoplug addresses to USB and asks firmware.bin

I have SATA disk and i can make any partitions of any file system
Also can restore the image partitions through Paragon Hard Disk Manager
