anjuta/libanjuta out of date for armv7

I noted yesterday that the package for anjuta and libanjuta is out of date and not working for armv7. The software runs but whenever you try to edit vala or run a build it fails on missing/old libs. It is newer for armv5 and armv6.

Building from 3.13 source downloaded from front page of http://anjuta.org works fine.

Please let me know if this is the wrong place to report this. It doesn't appear in the archlinuxarm PKGBUILDs repo, so I'm uncertain of the right place to report.

If it is newer in the architectures, there must have been a build failure or it has been moved to skip.
