How to install a archlinux image

My tablet can't connect to the internet because the wifi is broken and I don't have a usb wifi dongle.
Is it possible to do a complete install of archlinux on an arm tablet (cortex)?
I have been googling around but I don't understand how android systems work.

I know how to install a linux image on a regular computer, though. Is there something like unetbooting for arm devices?

It is not that simple. Note that there are no officially supported tablet devices.
