[nginx] Fresh nginx setup on ARM returns not found on a "vir

Hello.
I followed the wiki guide for setup SSL and owncloud on nginx. At first i had one config file placed at /etc/nginx/nginx.conf and everything was working good. Then i decided to separate the owncloud Virtualhost from the main server config file and write it in a different one at /etc/nginx/servers-available.
The problem is that now, after i'am logging in at owncloud it redirects me to a not found page and error_log returns this :
