KODI IMX, works, but no UI after playing Youtube.

Hi there. I get a blank screen after playing some YT videos. The interface is working, i can "move" it with Yatse (can hear it) and can play stuff using Yatse, so KODI is working, but does not have UI.

Wild guess, did you adjust the gpu memory especially if you want to play HD?

You find the setting (gpu_mem) in /boot/config.txt. Default is 64 MB which is not sufficient for HD playing, I would recommend 256 MB but at least 128 MB for HD playback.

@moonman anyway, i tried with gpumem=64M and had some issues, will try with 128M.

You thing t his will in Cubox-I or has no effect at all?

It will have no effect at all. /boot/config.txt is an RPI thing with RPI proprietary bootloader. Cubox-I has U-Boot.
