[nfs-utils] Stale File Handle

@planeteater Great! Since per http://git.linux-nfs.org/?p=steved/nfs-utils.git;a=summary the fix, as of yet, still has to be applied upstream, I recompiled nfs-utils 2.4.1-1 after applying your patch. Everything works again as expected

For those interested, I simply downloaded the archlinuxarm package files from https://archlinuxarm.org/packages/arm/nfs-utils/files, modified the PKGBUILD-file to apply the patch and used makepkg to build and install the package. Note that I needed to downgrade Perl to perl-5.26.2-2 (http://tardis.tiny-vps.com/aarm/packages/p/perl/perl-5.26.2-2-arm.pkg.tar.xz) for autoreconf to work correctly.

Today's update of nfs-utils to 2.4.1-1.1 also solves the issue. The PKGBUILD now hardcodes the CFLAGS option -D_FILE_OFFSET_BITS=64. Perhaps not the most elegant solution--fixing the include order of config.h upstream would be better--but certainly effective.
