RasberryPi4 - 3D hardware acceleration

Hi all,
I've installed archlinux on my raspberry pi 4, now I'd like to enable 3d hardware acceleration in order to run some 3d applications.

What packages should I install exactly? :?

Which applications? The kodi-raspberrypi4 package, for example, ships with everything you need.

I'm interested in running an emulator, it running right now but I get too few fps due to software rendering.
If I install the kodi-raspberrypi4 package, will I also get the accelerated driver? Or I can just install the driver package?
