[git] request to patch git package to work on Android storag

I use Arch Linux Arm through [TermuxArch](https://github.com/TermuxArch/TermuxArch) which installs Arch in a PRoot environment in Termux (a terminal emulator for Android). The unpatched git package from Arch Linux Arm fails to commit in the Android shared storage. Termux has [a patched version of git](https://github.com/termux/termux-packag ... c.patch#L9) which allows commiting with a warning. It would be great if this could be incorporated into the ALA version of git.
