[postgresql] Rebuild needed

Hi,

The postgresql needs a rebuild since the openssl upgrade a couple of days ago:

$this->bbcode_second_pass_code('', '/usr/bin/postgres: error while loading shared libraries: libssl.so.1.1: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory')

I'm rebuilding it from source now, but I suppose that might take some time...
