[gnuradio-osmosdr] is out of date

gnuradio-osmosdr 0.2.3-12 is dependent on gnuradio-runtime.so.3.10.2 while gnuradio is now at 3.10.5.0-5. This results in python import osmosdr "can not open shared object file" failures. This is currently true for both aarch64 and armv7h packages.
