[workaround found] wpa_supplicant problem

I have several RPI working. The last wpa_supplicant version that works for me is 2:2.10-8. If I install any newer version authentication fails. I am using Networkmanager, there is no configuration file in /etc/wpa_supplicant/ . Do I miss anything in configuration that changes with newer versions?

Which variant of Raspberry Pi is affected?
Which kernel do you use?
Which type of Wifi connection is affected (WPA2, WPA3, ...)?
The broken version starts with 2.11.x ?

Adding brcmfmac.feature_disable=0x82000 to cmdline.txt fixes the problem. But I think this is not a solution but a workaround. The issue still resides in wpa_supplicant and waits for fixing But the workaround solves the problem for me. Thank you for pointing me to this!
