[tcl] version 8.6.16-1 404s when trying to download

Hello, thank you everyone who has helped with Arch Linux ARM. I really love this OS, but I've recently gotten an error that I'm not sure is just a configuration error.

I'm trying to download the latest version of tcl in order to build tclx, but when I do I can't seem to find version 8.6.16-1 on any of the mirrors: [url]https://archlinuxarm.org/packages/aarch64/tcl[/url]

In case anyone else has encountered a similar issue, I just learned about [code]pacman -Sd[/code] which is very nice for this scenario! I can't believe I've been using Arch for so long without knowing about it lol
