nix and lowdown compatibility issues

those two packages (latest as of writing this) on aarch64 repositories have a compatibility issue:

When updating both and attempting to run nix, it will complain that "libblowdown.so.3" is missing. "libblowdown.so.4", is installed instead, so it appears nix is outdated here.
