a Black POGO-E02? Which uBoot/Arch?

Postby bgulla » Mon Apr 09, 2012 9:48 pm

My buddy ordered a POGO-P21 from buy.com but when he received the device, the label on the bottom says POGO-E02. The device is all black. I had him run uname / less /proc/cpuinfo and it's obvious that this thing is running armv5.

Has anyone else seen this? I am not concerned with the mix up, I just want to know if he should follow the directions for v1 PINK. Apparently he tried with little success but I havent done a hands on yet.

thanks

Unless his `cat /proc/cpuinfo` says something about an oxnas, its not an oxnas :)

Also, Doozan's uboot installer will warn like crazy on the oxnas (because it wasn't meant for it, and my installer will reject anything but an oxnas.

Oh, and we've seen a decent amount of it.

I ordered the P21 from buy.com and ended up with a nice new E02 also. Follow the Pogoplug v2 instructions and everything should work fine.
