Can someone please upload an updated build of xbmc? It would be much easier than wait 8hours for it to compile..

I can't compile it under new Archlinux img. In pkgbuild I removed "arm" and I added "armv6h" but I can't compile it.

pacman -Sy xbmc-rbp-git
v6hf only, untested by me but requires arm128_start.elf to be the start.elf
Latest kernel doesn't boot, btw

Oh thank you, now I install it! ;)

EDIT: Works very well on my RaspberryPi, but when I would like to poweroff the Rbp, I have only "exit" in menu. Why?

I don't know, if running as not root, reboot/halt might not be allowed.

Thanks for including it in the repository! It seems to work great so far :)

Since libcec has now support for Raspberry Pi, I've created a PKGBUILD for libcec which makes it possible to control XBMC with your remote control:
$this->bbcode_second_pass_code('', 'pkgname=libcec-rpi
pkgver=1.9.0
pkgrel=1
pkgdesc="Pulse-Eight's libcec for the Pulse-Eight USB-CEC adapter with support for raspberry pi"
arch=('armv6h')
url="https://github.com/Pulse-Eight/libcec"
license=('GPL')
depends=('udev' 'lockdev' 'raspberrypi-firmware')
conflicts=('libcec')
provides=('libcec')
source=("$pkgname-$pkgver.tar.gz::https://github.com/Pulse-Eight/libcec/tarball/libcec-$pkgver")
_srcfolder=Pulse-Eight-libcec-217b236
sha256sums=('93c0c56b446f82ef71499fd88186c7212a92b037cb8a19516140216cc0aae68f')
options=(!libtool)

build() {
mv "$_srcfolder" "$pkgname-$pkgver"

cd "$pkgname-$pkgver"
autoreconf -vif
./configure --prefix=/usr --enable-rpi \
--with-rpi-include-path="/opt/vc/include" \
--with-rpi-lib-path="/opt/vc/lib"
make
}

package() {
cd "$pkgname-$pkgver"
make DESTDIR="$pkgdir" install
}')
