Pogo V2 - no SSH possible

Hey,
I might have messed up my pogo plug device V2. I had the problem $this->bbcode_second_pass_code('', '(unable to lock database)').
I am pretty sure the reason was that the root partition for some reason was not mounted writable. So I remounted as described here: http://archlinuxarm.org/forum/viewtopic.php?t=3355&p=28280.

But it didn't help because after remounting I got:
$this->bbcode_second_pass_code('', '(download library error)')

So I decided to reboot. But after reboot I wasn't able to SSH into my pogo plug device. I tried to restart without usb-hdd ... but nothing worked so far.

Before the incident the os seemed to work pretty good. I did upgrade the Kernel before. But the device still booted after installation.

I think I shouldn't have removed the $this->bbcode_second_pass_code('', '/boot/uInitrd') ...
Any suggestions? Thanks in advance!

Arch Linux ARM does not provide a uInitrd. Did you make one?

I actually don't know.
I installed like shown here: http://archlinuxarm.org/platforms/armv5/pogoplug-v2-pinkgray#qt-platform_tabs-ui-tabs2
Then I did:
$this->bbcode_second_pass_code('', 'pacman -Sy uboot-env
fw_setenv arcNumber 3542
fw_setenv machid dd6
reboot')
and
$this->bbcode_second_pass_code('', 'pacman -Sy linux-kirkwood linux-headers-kirkwood
reboot')

So far everything was fine. It rebooted and then I got the mounting problem as described earlier.
I did the:
$this->bbcode_second_pass_code('', 'mount -o remount,rw /
rm /boot/uInitrd')
After that I rebooted and now I cannot connect via SSH to my device. I cannot ping it - so I think it doesen't boot any more.

I don't have much Linux experience especially with arch linux.

I downloaded the uInitrd file from here:

put it on the hdd and everything seems to work fine.
